Stephen has been advising London’s major occupiers and landlords on all real estate matters since 1997.
He is well known across the industry for his work on significant office and wider use schemes, as well as capital requirements.
As an equity partner, Stephen ran the transaction businesses at both Drivers Jonas and Deloitte Real Estate. In 2018, he moved into the boutique advisory space advising key clients from plc developers to private family wealth, institutions and charities.
When Stephen joined Kontor in 2024, he brought the wealth of this experience. As Senior Adviser, he guides the team and is a key driver of the business’s strategy.
He works closely with many of Kontor’s landlord clients, including Global Holdings, W.RE, Motcomb Estates and the BMA.
