Sam joined Kontor’s landlord advisory team through the acquisition of Hedge in 2023, where he worked since graduating from his MSc in Real Estate in 2022.
As a Senior Surveyor at Kontor, Sam collaborates with asset owners to create the most optimum space for occupiers. Much of the space he leases is on a traditional basis, but he also works across serviced and managed offices.
His clients include the likes of The Crown Estate, Derwent London and Adeline Grantham.
As Sam is well versed on the nuances of each central London market, he works across clients’ portfolios. He also advises occupiers on acquiring offices alongside the wider Kontor team.
