Mike Tremayne leads Kontor’s newly launched Capital Markets division, bringing with him more than two decades of high-level investment expertise across central London real estate. His arrival marks a strategic evolution in Kontor’s offer, designed to deliver enhanced value to clients across acquisition, asset management and disposal.
Mike’s career spans both corporate advisory and principal roles, giving him a rare dual perspective on investment management. As an equity partner and Head of West End Investment at Cushman & Wakefield, he advised institutional, REIT and private clients on some of the capital’s most significant transactions. He later joined global real estate investor Meadow Partners as a principal and fund manager, where he led the performance of a London-focused core-plus fund; building deep, client-side insight into investment strategy and asset value creation.
He brings complete command of the investment lifecycle, with particular expertise in central London markets. From sourcing and underwriting to execution and exit, Mike’s track record gives Kontor’s clients an immediate advantage, especially as they navigate complex or competitive investment scenarios.
Mike also served for six years as honorary treasurer to the Investment Property Forum, reinforcing his standing as a trusted voice in the sector and deepening his network across the investment community.
