Andrew joined Kontor in 2023 when the business merged with Hedge Real Estate.
Andrew founded Hedge in 2019 to offer transformational advice to London's pre-eminant landlords following 16 combined years at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. The agency’s ethos was to provide forward-thinking, data-backed advice that bridged the conventional and managed and flex markets.
As Managing Director of Landlord Leasing at Kontor, Andrew has built a team now synonymous with advising on London’s best-in-class buildings, often sold seamlessly into the traditional and ‘managed’ markets. His clients include Derwent London, The Crown Estate, GPE, British Land, Global Holdings, Fora and MYO.
He has advised on some of London's most recognised buildings including Battersea Power Station, Brunel Building, 80 Charlotte Street, 22 Bishopsgate, 10 New Burlington Street, 1 New Burlington Place, Arding & Hobbs and OSMO.
Current key instructions include Holden House for Derwent London, GlassHouse for The Crown Estate and St Pancras Campus for W.RE.
