Rates, processes, markets: How we help clients to expand overseas

50, 30, 20 - the number of offices we’ve found for three high-growth fintech brands across the globe. We’ve been working with these businesses for up to ten years - some since we found their very first workspace in London.

Many of the brands we work with have become international successes and household names: the likes of Monzo, Airwallex and HiBob. It’s not just fintech brands either; we’ve found multiple workspaces abroad for DoorDash, Too Good To Go and Rubrik.

As their businesses have grown, so has ours. We started in London but now act as a part of each businesses’ real estate teams, representing them in cities as varied as Hyderabad, Sao Paulo and Amsterdam.

We make international expansion an easier option

When a business sees an international opportunity, they need to leap on it. We’re always ready to jump with them, whether it’s a market we’ve already transacted in or not.

Sometimes they need a few flexible desks. Other clients have asked us to find their own front door, a managed space that takes away their real estate hassle. We’ve also secured traditional leases for those looking to put down deeper roots.

Every time we’re given a requirement, we get to know the market, whether it’s Dublin, Barcelona or Bangalore. We uncover all the managed and serviced office options, the best locations, the price they should be paying. We do the leg work so our clients don’t have to.

Sometimes, it makes sense for us to work with a local broker to secure the best deal. Clients trust us to pick up the phone to the right people and sound out the market. We know the right questions to ask.
