Quality commission and agency fees
We shall be entitled to retain for our own benefit any agency fee or other commission paid or allowed by any third party.
We reserve the right to not give the referral reward if we deem that the referred customer has no intention of acquiring a new office with Kontor. You can refer multiple people to earn the reward multiple times. The referrer will be paid their £500 within 14 days of Kontor receiving the respective fee from the client or operator dependant on which route is pursued. The £500 for the referree will be either deducted from their fee or paid within 14 days of Kontor receiving the respective fee from the operator dependant on which route is pursued. We reserve the right to cease the referral scheme at any time.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall at all times be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
