Kontor is looking for a Senior Flexible Office Broker to join their Flexible Office Transactions team. You will join the company’s largest team in advising fast-growing companies to find and secure their perfect office space in London and beyond.

Manage the entire office search transaction, from initial brief through to completion
Qualify prospective clients, understand their needs and discover their decision drivers
Educate and guide prospective clients on the process and available office options
Curate and present suitable office options
Arrange and carry out viewing tours with clients
Assist and guide clients to shortlist the most suitable offices
Negotiate on behalf of our clients, which may include coming up with creative solutions
Liaise with serviced office providers and/or landlords to reach the best possible outcome
Produce collateral to facilitate transactions, such as cost comparisons, cash flows, etc.
Quickly establish client rapport and create a trusting relationship
Maintain close relationships with your clients post transaction, regularly checking in virtually and in real life, ensuring they have an excellent experience throughout the term
Generate repeat and new business opportunities, by arranging and attending networking events
Have close relationships with serviced office providers and landlords
THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU, IF YOU HAVE:
Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry, preferably in a sales role
Excellent market knowledge
A motivation for sales, are driven by achieving targets and have a proven track record of meeting & exceeding goals
Excellent negotiation skills, coming up with creative solutions and working successfully under pressure
Excellent communication, both with internal and external stakeholders, strong people management skills, as well as an approachable appearance
Have a genuine interest and knowledge of the tech and creative sectors
Are an excellent multitasker, able to work on a multitude of things at once
Detail-oriented, ability to adhere to deadlines and always deliver a professional service
Are a self-starter, work well under little supervision and are proactive in your work, having a high degree of initiative and flexibility
Look to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that can frequently change
Are a team player, who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative team
Business development and relationship management skills, showing initiative and drive when seeking out new opportunities
Able to adapt to technologies and software, proficient in basic Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
THE PERKS WE PROVIDE:
This role will be based in our office in Shoreditch, London. We have adopted an office first policy, but you will have flexibility if you want to work elsewhere a few days a week. With the nature of the role, you will have a lot of client interactions in real life, but it means you will be on the move a lot and can work from wherever suits you best.
